Our room did not have a hot water. It was room temperature, which is not the same experience in winter.

The Tru Hilton is a great place to stay. We have stayed there several times. The front desk folk are always very nice. It’s in a great location and there isn’t any carpeting on the room floors.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The kids enjoyed the pool and lobby games. The room was clean although small and cramped. The breakfast was just ok but not enough variety.

We were originally given a room that had not been cleaned. The employee at the front desk acted like she didn't believe me but gave me a new room without even an apology for the inconvenience. We were moved to a room next to the outside door and stairwell door. We heard slamming doors all night long, and every 15-20 minutes from 6AM - 10AM.

the staff as always was great but my tv stations were not wirking and I called down twice to have the situation fixed and ut was not..there are certain channels that i watch all the time and have been coming for years so I do know these were available yet the situation was not fixed
