Beautiful two bedroom and two bathroom condo in Fountain Hills in the Fire Rock area. Condo has spacious rooms and everything needed to live in for a month or more. Beautiful views of Red Rock Mountain. Close to downtown. Designated parking spot covered by a carport. We love our little piece of heaven and hope you do too. 30 day minimum rentals per HOA rules. This is a second floor unit so there are stairs (No elevator). Only 5 miles to the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale.

Lovely views off spacious balcony with comfortable chairs. Nice, safe neighborhood to walk in. Well stocked kitchen, with a large refrigerator. Great shade area at the tranquil pool. Comfortable and supportive king bed, but it was a noisy mattress. Getting in and out sounded like rolling a large snowball in dry snow. Downstairs neighbor, Dave, is very nice.

Fountain Hills Condo

This is a lovely condo, very well stocked and furnished nicely. Owner Ann was responsive. Highly recommend, close to Mayo Clinic, Scottsdale and hiking trails.

Very Comfortable Condo

We really enjoyed our stay at this Fountain Hills condo. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. The living room was spacious and the kitchen had all the essentials. It is located close to area attractions. There is an attractively landscaped pool/hot tub area with plenty of seating where we could relax by a water feature. The property owner, Ann, was quick to respond to messages which made our stay wonderful. .
