Really enjoyed my stay here! Would definitely stay again. Great location, close to a lovely park. And the pool was amazing. Only issues,, the phone didn’t work in the room, and the key cars kept malfunctioning.

It wasn’t a “resort”. It is a Motel type property

We booked this hotel due to location in Scottsdale and the nice pictures and the place name of “resort”. This property is a Motel type place with very rooms. When we arrived there was a couple at the front desk complaining about roaches in their room. We left a few minutes after to the room and being dissatisfied with the quality level. We reported this to Hotels.com and they contacted the hotel to give us a refund. They were not able to solve the dispute. We had to personally go to the hotel twice to find and talk to the manager. Fortunately we got a partial refund as they had a cancellation policy of 1 night. Something that Hotels.com wasn’t able to get. Hotels.com should take more seriously the customers complaints and ensure that listed properties have a minimum standard.

The pool area and hot tub is great, the hotel is very convenient to Scottsdale, Tempe, and downtown Phoenix destinations..but most of all, this last visit, we had superior customer service from the front desk and the management. Will definitely continue to patronize this establishment.
