First time staying here. Centrally located. Nice pool. Washers and dryers were convenient. Rooms were clean and simple. The only thing we didnt like was that people smoked outside of their rooms in the walk way so you had to pass smokers when on your way to the room. There should be a designated area for smoking away from the buildings.

Let's be honest

Would I book here again? No. Why are there resort fees attached to this hotel? I cannot tell you. There's a lukewarm spa, very small rooms that need updating, a toilet that didn't flush, and the restaurant adjacent to the hotel is permanently closed. Not to mention you have to ask for pool towels at the front desk and they count how many you take, like you're going to steal the thredborne towels. It is definitely not a resort hotel and the cost of such is unjustified. It could be a great property should the rooms be updated, especially speaking about the worn out, disgusting dirty carpeting and the dresser that houses both the mini fridge and microwave which doesn't open in both directions, limiting your ability to use both. The outdoor pool area has the capacity for pool service, yet it goes unused. The place is a pit. Spend your money elsewhere.

The property was dirty. They asked us to leave the lobby when we were waiting for our friends who were also staying there. The pictures of the pool are very deceptive, it is not big. People must have extended stays because one room had a cooking burner outside the door. Our mattress was sunken in. We would not go back.

As an independent hotel I was not expecting to much but I was pleasantly surprised. No frills but clean and comfortable. No breakfast on site but I had breakfast meetings 2 of the 3 days so not a big deal. Fortunately there is Dukes down the road for a nice sports bar and decent food. I will stay there again if needed. I was not thrilled that there was a big gap under the door that could allow pests in this is Arizona desert after all

The property needs cleaning and the room is weird. Orange doors and green walls. Very small and had an odd feeling staying here. I’m used to hotels not motels so maybe that’s why. Had a good stay though overall.

Nice place, stayed here twice. Its very quiet. Would be nice if they had a continental breakfast avaialble. Also, their key cards are very prone to quit working. We and several other people had this happen. They warn you when you check in to keep them away from wallets and cell phones. So not really sure where youre auppose to keep them while youre gone. Overall a nice place and would stay again.

Nice clean place with handicap access parking.

Stayed there to eat sleep and shower wasn’t there all that much but was nice and they gave me a room with handicap parking out my door so made it easy for me with my mobility scooter. Will stay there again if I come up to Scottsdale again .

Not a resort

Besides the beautiful pool, I'd hardly call this place a resort so the name is very misleading. Some parts of the room had been updated like the bathroom with the shower and toilet. However the part with the sink was not as nice with the attached small outdated closet/drawers. The area that held the fridge, microwave and safe was very old; one of the doors was missing that would hide the three aforementioned items. However, the bed was very comfortable. Most of the room was clean, but little places like behind the door in the bathroom definitely needed cleaned. We did appreciate being allowed to check in early without being charged. That was a plus. The lobby is tiny. They say there is breakfast. It seemed to be doughnuts mostly.

I really hate to write this review however it must be done. This was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever stayed in. 9.2/10 rating on Expedia with rooms as dirty as these is just crazy. First I’ll start with, I flew in late on a Monday and checked in. At first glimpse, I thought not pretty but whatever . Next thing you know, when I wake up in the morning I pull back the blankets to find my socks from the that before and there are literal maggots crawling at the base of the bed. They got into my bag overnight that was on the floor, they crawled on me and were even inside my gym shorts… when I complained to the desk , the response from one of the workers was “they’re definitely not bed bugs, those are fly larva” . It doesn’t matter what they are, it’s gross but the guy gentleman insisted on mentioning they’re not bed bugs and just fly larva. They comped me a new room free of charge. Amanda at the front desk is awesome and if it wasn’t for her being understanding and trying her best to make it right, I would’ve just left and asked for a refund. However the next room wasn’t much better- it didn’t have bugs but was just as gross. Toilet clogged after first use, toilet paper holder on wall was held up by a screw, door handle to enter hotel room was literally backwards and also held up by a screw. Bed sheets never looked actually cleaned or if they were they just were dingy and old. My hotel key almost didn’t work every time I would try and enter my Room. 9.2/10 is a lie
