It's very noisy - this visit was exceptionally loud - traffic - room next door - air conditioning cycling off - people loud in th halls - Staff was nice and accommodating - place seems pretty clean - and they even changed my room when the people next door were having am all night ladies catch up - part of the problem is that when you have a connecting door you loose some of the sound barrier.

The free shuttle ride from the airport was fast and easy. They let us drop our bags off so we could head out. Easy check in, asked for extra water, with no hesitation they gave us 2 bottles. Great stay

There's was a few issues at this location. It's close to the airport which is great but I forget to remember that it can be a little loud due to planes landing and taking off. The phone in my room did not work and it was annoying when I'd have to call the lobby for help or service. Also the bar lounge area was closed while I stayed. One of the main reasons I stayed here was to not have to leave if I wanted a drink. The card key reader to the hotel room broke too! And if you have a car the hotel charges a fee to park in the parking lot. I feel that parking should be included if you are staying in the hotel.

Great place to stay before our early morning flight. I wish the parking went by a 24 hour period instead of changing the day at midnight. We left at 4:50am and had to pay for two days of parking.

They are very open that the area is not safe. Although they have a bar with food , it never opened the night I was there as staff didn’t show and no one else could open it? My room felt dirty the phone didn’t work They did have a shuttle that would take you to get food within a 3 mile but I don’t want to go out yet that was my only option to get dinner food. Heard gun shots the morning I was leaving and my driver said it was not a safe area !

The bar was closed on a Saturday. We could hear street traffic most of the night and into the morning. The surrounding area was a little rough but no one bothered us. Also, we had to drive a bit of a distance for dinner. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Our room was nice and clean and staff were friendly.
