Ground floor makes coming and going easy and convenient with your assigned covered parking a short walk away. Step out on to your peaceful patio right off of the pool. In Unit washer and dryer. Community is gated, has lush greenery & boasts 2 swimming pools.

Will consider 1 small non-shedding dog under 20 lbs that is not left alone during the day. Pet fee is $25/night plus a $300 refundable pet deposit. Pet MUST be pre-approved.
