Nice BW+. Clean through out including pool and BBQ area. Great North Phoenix area, easy access to freeways going in all directions. Great eating options, but most are not within a 10 min. walk. No coffee maker in rooms w/o kitchen. Coffee is available in the lobby 24 hr. day.

Front desk was friendly. Came right up when we called that the safe was locked closed. Only complain is the air conditioning unit is very loud when the fan comes on. They closed the pool when rain is expected. Food was good and had bigger choice than expected. The kitchen room was fullly stocked with pans and dishes. Had a small full size refrigerator and a dishwasher. That was a nice surprise. But in room 320 that fan made it, where you not want to use it!!
