The room was very clean and tidy. The hotel cleaning staff were on it. They did the best job. Not everything worked as it should in the unit and wasn’t stocked fully to be able to cook. Outside of that, great!

The hotel is nestled in among incredible boulders. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Truly exceptional. They take you in golf carts to your room. A beautiful spot. Highly recommend.

The room had no hot water. The staff played games with us saying the water felt fine to them. Then it turns out they were repairing the water heaters. The staff lacked basic courtesy and follow through. Many things throughout the resort were dirty and unkept.
