Room door had a hole like someone broke in before. Moved to another room and the bed broke. Elevator buttons not working correctly. Not satisfied at all. Will not stay there again.

Wrong side of the room, therefore we could not sleep as it was facing the noisy freeway and it had a high beam light facing the window all night long. We could not close the heavy curtains as each side was for decoration and sheers in middle.

Our 1st room had mold on the ceiling. When I called customer service the lady was rude and ending up handing up on me before I finished what I was saying. Our 2nd room was better but definitely not what I expected.
