Nice little hotel, especially for an airport hotel. Definitely recommend. We did see a presumed homeless man ride up on a bike, come in, pocket a bunch of the breakfast items, then leave quickly.

Clean, but just good.

Our stay in general was nice, but there were a couple things that could be improved. The front desk had two young ladies chatting away about personal topics for a good minute while ignoring my standing at the counter waiting and the continental breakfast was definitely lacking. We also did not receive our full deposit back for no reason at all. The room was left as it was when we got there.

Their booking states they have a free shuttle to the airport, I couldnt find anywhere that it states the shuttle only runs on certain times, when i called front desk to book an early shuttle they said it only runs certain hours so I wasnt able to get a shuttle at 4am to the airport

Great room but needs updated in common areas

Our room was clean and a great size. It appears that this hotel updated the rooms but not the halls and elevator or the breakfast area. It is really hard to look past a very dirty elevator and hallway walking to your room. I am not sure if they plan to update the rest of the hotel or not but it is a shame not to do so. The location is wonderful and the pool space was great as well. I am not sure what they are thinking when not updating the areas that you see first. The staff was very nice and friendly. It is not their fault that the area just looks old and not kept, I think they do the best they can with what is there to work with. Radisson needs to put more money into this hotel. Honestly it would keep me from staying again if not completed.

The room was a bit confusing. The tubs was leaking onto the floor. The window was right in front of the pool. There was no curtain up and you could see through the shade to the pool.
