We really enjoyed our stay, staff were very helpful, and the grounds were beautiful. We enjoyed the 2 pools, gym & proximity to the canal. We appreciated the shuttle since we were traveling without a car. The property could use some minor upgrades & we had a few minor issues with our room but we had exceptional follow-up to resolve it.

This property is in major need of renovations. Drawers were falling apart, bathroom sink leaking, plumbing was super loud. The property itself had random garbage. I would have been fine with all of this, had they not charged a resort fee. This is DEFINITELY NOT A RESORT.

This is one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed at. Very impressed with the property and all it had to offer. The fitness facility was nice and big. Definitely one of biggest fitness facilities I’ve ever seen at a resort.

Terrible parking

It’s a good location. Parking was a nightmare. Didn’t know they catered events to large groups. Once the dance team came there were no parking spots and extremely difficult to get on or out of the parking lot. More pools would be nice, not enough chairs. Rooms were a little outdated and no microwave in room. Nice place though all in all.

Maybe just stay somewhere else. This place is in desperate need of updating and repairs. There were dirty q-tips and beer bottle caps outside our door for 2 days, so cleanliness was seriously lacking. Housekeeping never came to our room, so we had to call the front desk to request fresh towels and coffee. Not the best experience. I wouldn’t stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend it to others.

We stayed in the back by the conference rooms which was ugly & a long walk from everything. Should be for the very loud conference guests only. Hotel could not keep up with towel service at the pools - although they were lovely. Staff was hit & miss.

We had a great experience at the Doubletree Resort. Check-in and out was fast, the employees were great, the restaurant food was good. Our room was very big and comfortable. We did have some trouble with the AC not able to be adjusted, it had to be turned on and off when it got too hot or cold. The pool closest to our room had no towels and we had to go fetch them from another pool as well as the hot tub not working. Overall it was a good experience.
