I booked this property because they advertised a basketball court. Oh my, it was literally falling apart. The room’s carpets were stained. There was a large brown stain that was disturbingly fresh. Service was awful. I called the front desk twice to request an extra towel. It never arrived. The didn’t clean the room until late on the third day. The hotel is really rundown. Nothing what it once was years ago. I wish I could post the photos I took.

We were really impressed. It’s a large, clean property with beautiful trees and flowers throughout. The rooms were spacious and renovated—still a bit dated, but very comfortable. We didn’t try the restaurants, as we preferred to eat in Old Town Scottsdale, but the free shuttle was a huge plus and the service was excellent. We went as a couple, but it would be great for families too. Definitely recommend!

I liked my stay overall but paid they charged MORE than what Expedia showed. They charged $250 instead of the $203 Expedia shows with a discount. So disappointed that Expedia and their numbers did not match up.

This property was very well maintained and had beautiful grounds. The rooms were a bit dated, but still very nice and beds were comfortable. Due to a brain injury and things I struggle with personally we weren’t able to complete our stay.

U give the property 4stars. Lobby is beautiful, pool is nice and we literally stay 4 hours just relaxing in the pool. Check in was easy and fast, staff friendly. My only issue is the bathrooms need to be renovated the room was clean and A/C blows. Also on expedia we book poolside room was given a room with a view of the freeway. When ask was told they only show standard room. So I'm not sure where the ball was dropped .

We always enjoy staying here ! It’s a great location and the people are always very nice and accommodating. The parking situation was a bit confusing due to upcoming renovations but once we figured out to go to the other direction to get around back all was good . Thank you for a nice stay.
