My room was not very clean, the kitchen cupboard was sticky and had a hair stuck in it, the top of the fridge dusty and greasy

My family did not even stay there. My Wife pulled up with our two small children and was approached by a druggie immediately. There was people getting high in the parking lot and homeless people all around. They were afraid to even get out of their car. Very dirty and nasty. I will be contacting someone about this.

First got there and the room I was given had not been cleaned at all. I took pictures of it. I then went and asked for another room the lady at the front desk was very nice and apologized and could not believe it had not been clean the bed was not cleaned and she gave me another room and it was not clean and very noise all night long.

It’s a bit older, needs updating. But it’s clean, bed is pretty comfortable but the walls are thin. Breakfast was only coffee, hot water and oatmeal packets. This is good for sleeping for a night.

At check in we were sent to a room that had not yet been serviced (bed was undone, trash in the room, etc). We came back to the lobby and let the front desk person know. He didnt even apologize for sending us in a dirty room. We were reassigned and the new room was not as clean as it should be. There was a stain on one of the pillows, spill on the carpet, and mold in bathroom sink.

The carpets are so sticky i refused to tale my shoes off. The whole room was run down and in need of major renovations. Some room on my floor was having a full out raging party in their room. I was so grossed out i left after only 2 hours

Not at all as advertised. DIRTY all around. Will never stay here again. I have stayed at 2 and 3 star hotels that were simple but CLEAN. They gave us a dirty room, food all over, roaches, and bathroom lookes like it had not been cleaned in days.

Even though the staff was very friendly, we had to be moved to 3 different rooms. First, room smell like cigarettes, second room air conditioning was not working. And then finally, the third room was okay only stayed for 1 day hotel would work in a pinch.
