Room dirty. Bedding with cigarette burns. Old and not worth the mo ey. The place is a dump. Lots of druggies and the guy next to me had mental issues and kept knocking on my door and wiggling my door handle. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It felt unsafe the last night I did not get any sleeo. I want my money back.

⭐ 1 Star – Absolutely Disgusting. Do Not Stay Here. I checked into Extended Stay America Phoenix Chandler expecting a basic, clean room. What I walked into was a health hazard. There were dirty towels already in the room, as if the previous guests had just left and no one bothered to clean. The nightstand had a layer of dust so thick it clearly hadn’t been wiped in weeks. The shower curtain had black mold spots on it. Disgusting. On top of that, the entire building smelled like cigarette smoke despite “non-smoking” signs everywhere. If you’re sensitive to smoke, forget it — you’ll smell it in your clothes and luggage. We immediately checked out and requested a refund. We’re still waiting to hear back from the manager, which says a lot about how they handle complaints. While waiting to check out, I warned other guests about the conditions. They asked to see their rooms first — and after seeing them, they left immediately too. This place is poorly maintained, unsanitary, and clearly not being cleaned properly. Save yourself the frustration and stay literally anywhere else.

This was a mixed bag. The room was spacious, with a kitchen, microwave, stove, sink and refrigerator. With those amenities, you might think cookware, silverware, bowls and glasses would be available. Squatty potty. The hotel had a bad smell throughout. No breakfast or pool. Decor was spartan. Worst of all, there was a creepy person loitering outside our window for hours. Decided to cancel the rest of our stay. Dealing with Expedia to cancel was a nightmare.

There are zero amenities, they could only give me one extra pillow, lamps did not work, there was no sitting area in the room. one star hotel at best the entire place smelled like marijuana, room was tolerable. The staff, however, is very nice.

Rooms were run down, debri under the bed. It had a kitchen, but not one untensil nor dish. The people staying at the hotel were predatory. One couple even tried to get in my room, rattling the door. When I tried to call the front desk, the phone didn't work. I left there immediately when it felt safe to leave the room.
