Perfect House for our Trip

The place was clean and well stocked with towels and the essentials. Large kitchen, spacious outdoor area with pool. Plenty of room with couches to sit and visit. A great stay!

Great house for a large group

Had a great time while in town for youth and highschool baseball tourney. House comfortably housed 4 adults, 4 teens, and one little. Lots of great common spaces to watch tv, play billiards, or swim. Perfect house for a medium to long stay in PHX

Overall very disappointing. Home was out dated and furniture appears to be from local garage sales. About a dozen light bulbs were out. Unable to use pool table due to inadequate lighting. The dart board in the profile was missing. Dishwasher failed and flooded. Ice maker in fridge was frozen shut. Only 3 forks and one spoon for a home supposed to sleep 16 people. Garage filled with garbage. Found one patio umbrella at the bottom of the pool when we checked in. Towels were rags. Avoid if able.

Property was filthy

The property was filthy, and the Renter was rude. I will not recommend this property to anyone. I paid a high dollar for the place, including the cleaning fee, to enter a filthy property. I had to clean the property and launder bedding on the day of arrival in order to stay comfortably. I left the property clean and should receive a refund for the cleaning fee.
