The room was so noisy. Banging doors at all hours. Loud angry voices. Room opened by key while we were sleeping. (!) Breakfast was very uninspiring. Most food dishes and trays were empty, breads were stale. Manager used bare hands(unwashed) to put ice in a glass for me. The room was available at a MUCH lower rate the day of stay. Room given was 2 queens….not the king requested and paid for. Rooms were exceptionally clean and airport transfers were excellent.

The room was clean and comfortable with a large bathroom featuring a great waterfall shower. Shuttle service was great; ran every 20 minutes and the coach was clean and neat and the driver helpful.

El cuarto estaba un poco viejo y sucio, lleno de mucho polvo y el baño tenía muchos cabellos (canas) no podían ser de nosotros por que no tenemos canas, no lo barrieron y el lavabo parecía sucio por que tenías muchas manchas blancas pero era por estar despintado y viejo. Y para colmo la cama tenía un cubierto del colchón que era de plumas y era una colcha (comforter) para la cama y lo usaron como (mattress cover) calaba mucho a nuestro cuerpo. No estuve muy satisfecha con mi estadía.
