First of all, average is exactly that average. The hotel itself is clean and convenient to the airport. It is reasonably priced as well. The shuttle is a giant mess. Part of it because of the hotel, part of it because of the level of travelers a hotel of this nature attracts. There is nothing near the hotel, you are limited to their restaurant without some transportation. This brings me to my point. In order to get from the airport to the hotel, they have a shuttle. It took 45 minutes to get from terminal 1 to the hotel. Next due to its remote location, there is only their restaurant as a dining option. You might as well stay a little further away and be near other places. This review isn't a bad review, it is an honest accessment of whether you should stay here understanding the logistics. If you time the shuttle well or are not in a hurry, this would be fine. As I mentioned, staff is fine, hotel is quiet and clean.

Excellent hotel for overnight stay before joining cruise ship. Staff were friendly and although it was almost midnight before we checked in we were still able to get food. Definitely stay here again.

This hotel is a great option for a layover or if you need to stay close to the airport. The free shuttle service is convenient but takes a while. We waited 40+ mins at the airport at 11pm. They don’t have a schedule at the airport, but once you check-in to the hotel they give you the bus schedule. Check-in was very smooth. We missed the shuttle in our way out so we took at uber which cost around $20CAD. Room is large! Bed is comfortable and everything was clean. Great gym with weight ms and cardio machine. It can be busy in the mornings. They also have a pool which we never used but it looked great. It is located in an industrial area so it might not be the best place to walk around. I only suggest staying here if you’re okay with spending most of your time at the hotel unless you plan to leave the area.

Very unfriendly and falsely advertised

We were very disappointed in this hotel. The rooms were nice but the front desk acted like they couldn't be bothered with us. We specifically booked this for their advertised free airport shuttle, however, beware, as it's free WITH major restrictions. We were very unhappy that we were not allowed on with our guitars and were forced to book a very expensive cab. Wouldn't recommend.

The room assigned to us was very quiet. I really appreciate the effort of the front desk staff on honoring my request for such a room. We are overall very satisfied with the hotel. We chose this hotel to stay 1 night for closer access to the airport since shuttle was included. Upon arriving from our flight from Mallorca, we found the shuttle but the driver's attitude was super rude. He seemed like he was very annoyed to have to drive us. He didn't help us with our luggage and barely spoke to us. He drove off right away and was annoyed as another person approached to get on the shuttle. The hotel itself was decent but the rooms are not sound proof and you could hear everything going on in the hall, the rooms beside you, and upstairs. It made it hard to have a restful night. The breakfast was really good though, there was a great selection and food was fresh and delicious. You don't have to book for a shuttle to the airport but it gets so busy even if you go early. We ended up taking a taxi anyway because there were so many people and luggages that we wouldn't fit in the shuttle. I would not stay here again.

They let us check in very early. Gorgeous room and hotel. Friendly staff and tasty food at the bar cafe. Shuttle service was great. Only trouble was with the bathroom. While showering the water continuously jumped from scalding hot to freezing cold, no door on the shower causing mess, and the toilets water pressure was quite low.
