Initial welcome was poor from guest services. The noise level was ridiculous loud during bedtime and no one answered the front desk to complain about it.

Overall not the best. Room smell like cigarets every time air conditioner went on. Late check out is not an option unless you pay 60 euros for an extra hour or a whole day for 2 extra hours.Walls are thin and you hear everything. Pool closes at 9pm however it was 11pm and there was a pool party happening in which they were loud.

This is not a 4-star hotel... I had one night in Barcelona before catching my flight home. It's convenient since the shuffle bus is included. Check-in was easy and fast. Overall, the room was clean, but dusty. The fixtures are black so it shows easily (lamps, light switches). The bed sheets for soft and very clean. The mattress was horrible, I didn't get the good night of sleep I was hoping for. Nothing to see or to do around the hotel. It's not located in a nice neighbourhood. Again, it's just convenient to be close to the airport. Staff is ok, polite, but didn't ask if I had a good stay when checking out. I do not recommend this hotel

Very accommodating and the pool was perfect for the hot day. The staff were to notch, polite and professional. The breakfast had so many choices everyone in our family found something they wanted to eat. I would stay again.

We stayed here because we had a long layover in Barcelona and it at a free shuttle to and from the hotel. After staying in hotels with subpar bedding the bed was a dream! The room was spacious there was some writing on the walls and the bottom part of the shower door was falling off but otherwise a great room. The staff were very friendly and accommodating we were able to leave our luggage while we explored Barcelona before our flight which was a huge help. The breakfast was not included in our stay but was totally worth the extra cost.

This hotel was beautiful and clean. However walls are thin and you can hear other guests in the hallways. Also, the location is ideal if you need to be by the airport but there is nothing else nearby except a small cafe.

First of all, average is exactly that average. The hotel itself is clean and convenient to the airport. It is reasonably priced as well. The shuttle is a giant mess. Part of it because of the hotel, part of it because of the level of travelers a hotel of this nature attracts. There is nothing near the hotel, you are limited to their restaurant without some transportation. This brings me to my point. In order to get from the airport to the hotel, they have a shuttle. It took 45 minutes to get from terminal 1 to the hotel. Next due to its remote location, there is only their restaurant as a dining option. You might as well stay a little further away and be near other places. This review isn't a bad review, it is an honest accessment of whether you should stay here understanding the logistics. If you time the shuttle well or are not in a hurry, this would be fine. As I mentioned, staff is fine, hotel is quiet and clean.

This hotel is a great option for a layover or if you need to stay close to the airport. The free shuttle service is convenient but takes a while. We waited 40+ mins at the airport at 11pm. They don’t have a schedule at the airport, but once you check-in to the hotel they give you the bus schedule. Check-in was very smooth. We missed the shuttle in our way out so we took at uber which cost around $20CAD. Room is large! Bed is comfortable and everything was clean. Great gym with weight ms and cardio machine. It can be busy in the mornings. They also have a pool which we never used but it looked great. It is located in an industrial area so it might not be the best place to walk around. I only suggest staying here if you’re okay with spending most of your time at the hotel unless you plan to leave the area.
