Dear Guest Strange why you mentioned the issues which you certainly raised to our attention on site again. As you clearly know as soon as guests airs concern anything that is not satisfactory our maintenance and housekeeping staff had honored your requests Whilst management cannot predict the behavior of guests we can act accordingly to any disturbance during their stay. Unruly behavior is not condoned within the hotel and has in the past resulted in the removal of guilty parties, in this instance the intervention of the police was brought about by hotel management, action later applauded by other guests.
