We only booked this property because of its proximity to old town, Scott sale and the fact that it had advertised a heated pool and a hot tub. In fact, we chose this hotel over several others who did not have a hot tub. When we arrived, the pool was freezing cold. We chatted with the maintenance staff and he said that it was broken. The hot tub is also out of order our entire four nights stay! Our kids could not enjoy the pool at all as they were freezing cold after two minutes. No other guests were using the pool either for more than a few minutes as the water was freezing and not heated as advertised. We did complain on our second day and we were given 1.5 nights in hyatt points. However we feel we should have gotten at least double this amount for the inconvenience. The breakfast is OK. However, they only offer fresh fruits every other day. Staff friendly location great. Can’t give more than 2 stars due to pool and hot tub out of order the entire 4 night stay. Not advertised on their website. Unacceptable for a Hyatt. We paid good money to stay here.

The properties clean and well kept. The staff was professional and friendly saved for the lack of knowledge of the surrounding area. The breakfast that was served was terrible. The eggs that were served were rubbery, the bacon was undercooked, and the raisin bread was stiff, but not stale. Overall, not a bad place to stay, but not worth the money spent.

Loud and Dirty Rooms

Room had no hot water. Front desk said they could not fix as maintenance was backed up. Moved to another room next to the main road. Insulation between rooms was awful, you could hear the above room with stomping (especially inconvenient when they are up at 3am to catch a flight) and the room next to you snoring all night. Dirty towels in the bathroom with hair and a brown substance on them. Breakfast was good but had paper plates and cups, and made the food taste funny from whatever was coasted on the paper products. The experience was sub par and would not stay here again.

The property worked out great, we had a suite with a king size bed that we were able to close the door for privacy and let the kids use the sofa sleeper. The kitchen area was convenient to make some easy meals, the hotel provided a breakfast and that was a typical continental, it was good. Pool area is very small for the size of the hotel so if you wanna hang out there you need to go early for a lounge chair.perfect spot in old town easy to walk to places

The staff was very helpful and kind, that is all I have good to say about this property. First, as a female traveling alone I deeply dislike hotels with external door access from a safety standpoint. Had I known that I would not have reserved here to begin with. However, I also had no hot water for 2 days and was told that was "Normal" based on housekeeping cleaning the linens. When they finally moved me rooms to the 3rd floor (no elevators) I had hot water, but you could hear every tv, every cough, every sneeze, every sound from all the rooms around you. I will not be staying here again.
