The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. There is no free breakfast. They offer a breakfast buffet for $16.99 per person that consists of fake eggs and the basic breakfast items you would expect for free at any other hotel. It was insulting. They also charge for parking, but there were hardly any handicapped spots available.

Yes, I would say that the room was spotless. Yes, I would say that the staff was courteous. The breakfast server was very friendly and made me and it seemed everyone feel at home. The driver whose name was Mike was like a friend, he was a blessing. I worked with at least 3 front desk personnel, one maintenance person, and the two other employees I mentioned and they were all very nice. I would stay here again. The breakfast food was good.

Was told that I didn't have a reservation at Hilton Garden Inn (Downtown)...however, I found out later at midnight that I did have a reservation at Hilton Garden Inn on 3838 E Van Buren St. Was told by the front desk clerk that they, the Hilton Garden Inn in Phoenix, Az was not affilated with the the Hilton Garden In Phoeniz, Az on 3838 E Van Buren St. The Front Desk clerk then asked if there was anything else she could help me with?????????
