Phoenix Airport North

The hotel was convenient to the airport which was great. The staff was very nice. The room clean but the pillows were way too soft and the room fridge buzzed all night plus for a hotel to charge extra for water and wi-fi unless signing up for rewards is nuts. Sometimes I just want to stay in a room without signing up for every marketing gimmick. So, I will not be in a hurry to stay here again.

We always stay here. Great staff throughout the hotel, especially restaurant! We never stay anywhere else because we fly out of phx every 2 months.

There was no hot water the entirety of my stay and because I used Expedia they were unwilling to make any adjustments to my billing. One set of elevators were out too. Don’t stay here
