Kyle - front desk was just amazing! He is personable and accommodating and knowledgeable about the the area and our opportunity to walk to the game for The hotel!! As well as sharing other places we might visit in west gate! He is an asset to the establishment!!!! Eddy and Nisha in the Crooked Pint restaurant were above and beyond! Hard working! The highway noise was pretty loud, in addition I think there was a herd of elephants in the room above us. Walls and floors not sound proof at all. Staff was awesome.
