Wow! What a terrible stay. Firstly the breakfast was of woeful quality and all of the food was bordering on toxic. They even had s plastic/ silicone based non stick spray to put on the on waffle machine. Secondly they failed to do our housekeeping or refresh towels, despite our having spoken to the housekeeping staff outside our room when we departed for the day. Would recommend staying somewhere else.

The room was clean. Beds were a little too hard. Not firm but hard. Bathroom fan didn’t work so it got swampy during even the briefest of showers. Shower drain backed up quickly to where a five minute shower resulted in ankle deep water.

Inconvenience with our keys, 2 nights in a row were deactivated and we had to walk all around the building! The rest on was for dusty and the television turned off which s message that had to do with the server. There was a roach on one of the towels that supposedly had yo be clean since it was stored underneath the sink, it seems they don’t bother to clean or fumigate. Horrible!!!!!

The room was super clean I got the family room only a tiny bit of tear the hot tub was so nice and the breakfast was okay there was no bacon or eggs just cereal and waffles and and bagels yogurt and other small stuff they need to do better and the elevator was making screeching noise
