**5/5 Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟** We celebrated a birthday and anniversary at *Mountain Shadows Resort*, and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the service was incredible—everyone from the valet to the receptionist was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The room was absolutely gorgeous—modern, spotless, and thoughtfully laid out. I especially loved the *deep soaking tub*, the *luxurious shower*, and the *spacious vanity*—everything felt elevated and serene. The *private balcony* was the perfect touch, offering a peaceful space to relax and take in the view. Having a restaurant on-site was super convenient, and the *art gallery inside the hotel* added such a unique and sophisticated vibe to the overall experience. This stay was the perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and calm—an ideal setting for a special celebration or a relaxing escape. We’ll definitely be back!

The rooms were very comfortable, clean, and modern, with beautiful views. I slept really well! The food at the restaurant was delicious, and everything we tried was fresh and well-made. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. The DJ by the pool wasn't great-the music felt loud and out of place, and it didn't really match the relaxing vibe of the resort. On the other hand, the live saxophone player was a really nice touch. It would've been great to hear more music that blended better with the saxophone, like drum tracks, world music or softer, rhythmic tracks. The other downside was the pool-it wasn't as clean as it should be. The resort has a narrow pool area as it is, so cleaner water and area surrounding the pool would definitely help. It didn't ruin the trip, but I expected a bit more.
