THE HOME IS CLOSE TO OLD TOWN SCOTTSDALE WHICH HAS 100'S OF RESTAURANTS, BARS,HIKING, GOLF, AND ENTERTAINMENT. SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE IN YOUR GROUP!! A CANAL FOR BIKE RIDING IS TWO BLOCKS DOWN. THE HOME HAS A LARGE SPACE FOR FAMILY ENTERTAINING, PICKLE BALL COURT EQUIPPED WITH GEAR, FIREPLACES.
