Nice clean rooms, food all around within 1-3 miles. Way above price. Has a gym with a 4 station machine and dumbbells,cardio..not bad.

New nightmare management and ownership

The staff are rude and unprofessional and there is a Chinese lady that is very peculiar and always is talking about money. They now nickel and dime you for everything. Room 123 has had a damaged door for about two years and the door is not fixed yet and the hotel has changed hands.

Pros: * Staff was very nice * Everything was very clean * Staff was very responsive when they were there Cons: * Front office is closed from 12am - 8am * Shower did not work so I could not take a shower until 8am * 3-star quality property - reminds me of a Motel 6 For example: * Door to open room must be pulled up, not pushed down * Shower did not work - had to change rooms to shower

The pictures on Expedia don't do justice. Photos can be so deceitful. The staffs were courteous and helpful, but I was very disappointed about this motel in general.

We arrived at the hotel. For it being Scottsdale it was very sketchy. Homeless people walking around the outside of the hotel. When we got into the room the attempt to upgrade wasn’t impressive. Run down curtains, cabinets, and bath tub was shotty. We didn’t feel comfortable so we booked a 2nd hotel room somewhere else. Waste of money for me

The hotel was okay, the air condition unit was blowing out dirt on to the bed, it was gross waking up to little black specks on the bed, almost like ash. The second night we stayed the water was off for hours in the evening with no notice couldn’t even shower before bed. The ice machines didn’t work either.
