The front desk service was amazing. The airport shuttle was not 24/7 which was a big inconvenience for me. I primarily picked this hotel, because of the shuttle. The pool and lobby were nice ( great aesthetic). Our room, however, was not that clean.

The pictures were way better then what the room looked like. The ceiling was coming apart in the bathroom. I found a cockroach in the room. The lady running the restaurant ran into the person I was there with twice and didn't say sorry. She then came back asking if I gave her my card. She then found it. The foid was cold and did not taste good. I will NEVER go back there again.

Nice hotel. Clean the lounge closed at 9:00. Seems a little to early for some that get back after a busy day around that time that need to relax
