The manager charged my card for $414.00 and then stated the payment never showed up but my bank told me they had the tracking number and the charge is pending because sonesta suites hasnt confirmed or denied the payment. I've been out 500 and it my mother in law didn't come down and pay I would have been sleeping on my car.

We had a 1 queen bed. Nice size, clean. Bathroom door was funny trying to latch closed. No remote for the TV. But ac worked great. This az heat has been hard. But the room. Was nice and chilled.

I had a major catastrophe that turned up and my ability to focus on calling the hotel to explain was impossible and my phone died anyways.. the front deskman was too worried about upsetting his manager after doing the nightly audit.. I hadn't been allowed to even purchase my room last night until we had a chance either..😭
