We had a 2 bedroom suite with full kitchen (no oven). Did an Instacart order from nearby Sprouts. Perfect, we never had to eat out once and the kitchen was just right for breakfast, lunch and dinner! 2 big bottles of Evian water (5.00 each) in Fridge were a welcome touch. There are, however, plenty of nearby nice restaurants and the hotel had a very welcoming area for breakfast and happy hour. Nice outdoor eating area near pool as well. The King and Queen size beds were just divine. Very comfy and nice pillow assortment with luxury bedding. Nice bedroom setup with nightstand and good lighting options.

A Great hotel

The room was very comfortable, quiet, great a/c. Spacious also. We loved the new carpet. The breakfast buffet was also tasty. I had oatmeal and it was nice to have almond milk.

I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service, breakfast provided daily, which was good, room as advertised very spacious and clean, comfortable beds, nice pool area, and Internet access. I will definitely book another stay. Very friendly !!!

I chose the property due to its location as I was attending a conference at the Grand Hyatt resort. The property was reasonably priced and had inclusive breakfast and a nightly happy hour. Unfortunately, within 15 minutes of checking into my room, an old fashioned/ outdated charger block blew up my brand new Apple iPhone! I was left without a device for the duration of my stay. The property promised to support an insurance claim for my device & the cost of purchasing a replacement device. On return to the UK, they then sent an email refusing to accept liability for what happened to my phone! I am taking this further!

When I arrived, the front desk attendant was on her cell phone for 15 minutes without acknowledging me. I stood where she could see me and she just continued on her phone call like I wasn’t even there. Breakfast wasn’t as good as I remembered from being there some years back. The fruit was gross and the eggs and sausage was cold.

We loved the pool, workout room and property, Even though we were given a map we and others got turned around and lost inside. The signage with east west Lobby, needs big improvement.
