Well, our check in with Nicholas the manger was great! Everything after that was average for example the walls are so thin in your room you can hear next door there full convo all windows and doors shut you can still hear people by the pool.The morning breakfast was a joke all the items they had were bland. Upon check out the girl at the front desk no season greeting as it's Christmas! Christmas breakfast was a biscuit and a sausage. We would not be staying here again even though Nicholas was great. Lighting in the rooms are very dull as well. Sofa needs to be replaced too soft.

Never cleaned room or made beds even though they said they would. Had to bribe maid just to make the bed 1 time. And this was for a 5 day stay. Free Happy hour & Breakfast nothing special. Nice grounds and spacious rooms and staff nice. Will skip returning as there are so many great choices in Scottsdale .
