Was overcharged twice!! Their " security deposit/ incident deposit " Was over 230 !! Amazing!! By accident they said , we will refund you immediately. (( NOT )) BEEN WEEK NOW STILL THEY DUCK OUT LOL IF THEY (( MARRIOTT BONVOY )) COULD EVER GET CONTROL OF THESE SITUATIONS?? IDK HOPEFULLY COULD GAIN SOME INSIGHT ON MANAGEMENT. I SPOKE WITH ANGEL ( SUPERVISOR) WELL SIR WE SAID UP TO TEN BUISNESS DAYS ?
