The heater in our room didn't work well. You had to set it to 76 degrees before it would turn on. Then it was so hot in the room it was uncomfortable. We just kept it off and were a little chilly in the am.

Short. Didn’t have the opportunity to truly utilize the services. I appreciated what is offered. Big downside is the room walls are thin. I could easily hear people in rooms next door and the people by the pool/firepit area at night.

Nice but...

The hotel is nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The patrons consisted of mostly kids on travel teams or unsupervised youth...or so it seemed. This made for lots of kids in and out of rooms, grouping in rooms and generally rough housing in rooms when most would rather be sleeping. Overall, the place is nice. The guests, not so much.

Anytime I travel, I always try to stay at a Springhill Suites. I have never had a bad experience in these hotels. This one is so close to WestGate mall which is great for shopping and dining. There are a variety of breakfast options provided and the property is very nice.

Great Location

This hotel was in a great location... Cardinal's stadium Bass Pro and the outlet mall. Comfortable room, good parking and great breakfast. Cons?? Weird, but toilet paper dispenser was a reach, lol. Breakfast was being cleaned up at 945 for 10 closing so don't be late. Would definitely stay there again

Noisy but nice!

This hotel is very nice but has paper thin walls. We were up most of the night for crying kids and someone upstairs was running back and forth, prob the same crying kids But the service and staff was very friendly, very clean and great area to stay.
