Hot tub was COLD. Service at the restaurant was terrible. Construction noise was obnoxious. Pretty sure valet for $50/day backed into a pole and dented the rental car. I will not stay here again. Very disappointed for a Westin!

Room was clean, bar was nice, walls were a bit thin but what hotel walls aren’t. Stayed on the 11th floor and could hear some bumping music, not sure if it was from the rooftop bar or the bars below. Very nonissue it was just something I noticed

Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was spotless. Water pressure left something to be desired, but understand we were in the desert and need to conserve water. Overall the hotel it self was superb. Staff was incredibly friendly. Proximity to ASU, light rail, streetcar, restaurants/bars and the airport can’t be beat. Will definitely consider for my next stay.
