The cleanliness is very different from the comments given by those 5 stars review. We encountered flooded bath area, many significant stain marks on the wall - room and toilet area. Early in the morning there are things moving on the ceiling creating noise - not sure what is that but I suspect could be mouse running. We stayed before in another guesthouse near by which is 40% cheaper than 346 guesthouse, it is so much more cleaner!! Also 346 guesthouse does not have room cleaning daily - it will only be done upon request, neither the proactiveness of changing towel daily. Though they take action quickly to address to our request / feedback, but a lot of things can be addressed better if they have the proactiveness. In short - this place definitely different from what has been rated by the 5 stars review. Location is good though but many other guesthouses around with equally good location too. Maybe just I am unlucky but quite not a good experience.

This property was in a great location on a busy tourist street, making it very convenient to experience the city with lots of shops all around. However, this also meant that it was very loud, especially on weekends from 8AM-11PM. We stayed in Glasnost 3 and the room was very large and comfortable. The owners of property were just across the street in their cafe and they were very friendly. When I asked for a hair dryer at 11PM, they delivered it to my room. Their staff also helped to move our luggage up to the second floor (no elevators) and let us store it all day in their cafe after our checkout. The building is also very beautiful and this is a real hidden gem. It’s tremendous value for money, I would recommend this hotel as long as you don’t mind the noise in the morning and at nights.

The ladies who maintain both the guesthouse and cafe were simply incredible - Always smiled, always said good morning, even offered an umbrella when they saw me leaving during a storm. Truly a little gem amongst a BUSY scene in Old Town.

-Right in the heart of Phuket town so location is the key -Nice staff -No earlier check-in available had to be after 2pm -Must be the wooden flooring lots mosquitos in the room! Can't believe I got 12 nasty bites over 3nights :(

The staff at the property were so welcoming and kind when we arrived! The location is great, you are right in old Phuket. If I were to return I would request a room not facing the street - we were travelling with our 7 month baby and because it was the Sunday night market it was quite loud until late (understandably) with the windows/walls not preventing any noise. But if you are planning to be out late anyways then it wouldn’t be a problem!

All the staff were really lovely. The property is very unique and quirky in a good way. (Old Town style house!) It is situated in the center of the Old Town and great location for going anywhere. The price is also very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Old Town, man. This old property is amazing. The craftsmanship of the place, and of course the care by the current owners. Makes coming back to Phuket a no call. Just for this place, or other areas in Old Town.
