Property is nice. Good pool for our sunset deluxe pool access. But lots of mosquitoes. My daughter face have around 8 bites. Limited choices of food n massage. Need to walk a distance away. Outside hotel have many people loitering n dark. Room are clean but somehow, some moist smell in d room. Bowling is reasonable price for its convenience

The room was clean but did have a musty smell about it . All my clothes I hung in the wardrobe seem to be damp . My friends and family rooms did not seem to have this trouble . The actual grounds and pools were beautiful . The breakfast buffet was also very good something for everyone. Most of the staff very polite and friendly . I did find the reception staff not as friendly or helpful. Also great location for local restaurants . Good food great prices . I would stay here again .

Great except the bar staff at the pool and restaurant need to look at their customers and ask if they would like a drink. We always had to ask for a drink. We also found out that there was a gastro outbreak do to room service ice. I was with a group of 6 people and 5 of us got gastro.

Poor initial impression when staff Approached us advising we were allowed to take welcme pasteries in room. Attitude was poor. We left next day as a result. Facilities dated. Rotting brown deck and support wood around pool needs replacement. Staff friendly.. Typical breakfast. Need healthier choices

Please dont stay here it must be one of the worst I do a lot of travelling mould condensation and the smell was discussing Eventually they moved rooms for us this is the most expensive in Phuket I expected a lot better triad complaining they did t want to know the lobby was like a playground children playing football check in was Chaos

This is an excellent hotel in PATONG offering attractive price for the stay. We had a wonderful stay. The room is spacious and clean. The location is good, away from nightlife noise yet it’s within good walking distance to shops. Breakfast is good and passed the test. The breakfast room is large but filled up quickly. Good selections of food. Friendly staffs. Nice simmering pools. Good dining restaurant with reasonable price. We walked around the area and really enjoyed this location. Definitely will stay here again. Highly recommended.

I like the location. Staff are very friendly and nice. I don’t like our room. Shower kept flooding also mildew and smelly. The whole building needs an upgrade. To be rated 5 stars it was very disappointing.

The staff were absolutely amazing! Very helpful and kind especially the activities team! Asha and Dino were incredibly kind and motivating. Aqua aerobics became one of my daughter and my favourite part of the trip!

Room and ammenities within the rooms, especially the bathroom, were excellent. Only one pool accessible for people in wheelchairs and even that didn’t have handrails on any of the steps into the pool. This took a bit of manoeuvering to get in and out. Breakfast was excellent with so much choice. It should’ve had some handrails should’ve had handrails to get into one of the pools.
