The 'non-skoking' room reeked of cigarettes and lacked basic ammenities: hand towels, a bedside lamp, and soap. The included breakfast was not provided. Floors were dirty and the bathroom mat was filthy.

No balcony, coffee is available at the common dining area along with the pool. Coffee and tea is on available in the room. Can be lively and loud from the surrounding bars and restaurants. Close to Old Town Phuket. A loud and rude guest was staying at the hotel blasting music at the evening time. The staff could control his behavior, but moved us to a different floor and room.

Close to old town with pool

Reasonably priced for a rather central, completely ok hotel with pool. Good and silent ac. Electronic safe. Quiet. Shower solution not the best. Plenty of restaurants around - especially Chinese.

the front desk staff was really rude when checking in. he was asking to have our immigration slip (on top of our passport) to be able to check in even though we had not needed this at any other hotel we had checked into. They were not helpful when trying to get a cab either.

If you have to stay in Phuket town do stay in this hotel however I do not recommend staying in Phuket town.

Above and beyond

Made a last minute booking to stay over for an early AM appointment. Gentleman working the night shift was very polite, and informative. He was also helpful in communicating my request to the next shift. Much appreciated. Would stay again in a heart beat. Little noisy from surrounding venues, but I passed out immediately.

Everything was good. However, it was a hassle having to key in the username & password every day or so and sometimes on the same day to log into the wifi. It would be nice if only one log-in is required. Also wasting lot of paper even though the log-in details are printed on small pieces of paper.

Terrible, simply terrible

I’ll be honest, I don’t know how people are writing good reviews about this hotel. The bathroom is so uncomfortable as there is no shower separation and to make it even worse the water just stay there on the bathroom floor. Another thing that really upsets me, that hotel staff gave us a room with a window that’s been covered for constructions, and there was no day light in the room at all times. It could have been sorted really easy, if the hotel staff would have given us another room, but when asked they said that they don’t have any even without checking. There was no daily room cleaning as well. This is the most horrible hotel that I have stayed in Thailand so far.

The staffs are polite and helpful and the room is cosy and tidy. Self service light breakfast such as biscuits and 3 in 1 coffee are available. Overall experience is okay except for the loud karaoke from neighbourhood during night time.
