Excellent communication. Kept up to date for arrival and leaving. Very friendly.The apartment was lovely and clean. A cracking balcony looking over the pool. Close to the beach and restaurants. Was an easy walk in both directions. Had great TV channels. I was worried when I read some reviews but honestly the place was lovely and clean. The apartment furniture is old and Spanish but knew that when we booked that's like most accommodation. We had no problem at all with it. The complex is stunning nice and quiet and the apartment is a great we sun trap.Iwould have no hesitation on rebooking if I was going back.

Not clean on arrival had to mop the floor twice.Cockroaches yuk.Although the fridge/freezer and washing machine were quite new the rest was dated.The solarium was really nice but of the 2 sunbeds one was unusable and the other poor.The pool was nice and the grounds of the complex were lovely, thete were a small selection of bars and restaurants only 3 mins away and more at the marina 15 mins away

Lovely apartment in a peaceful location

This apartment is located in a quiet and pretty part of Pueblo Latino, a couple of minutes drive to the sea. The gated community is very pretty with manicured lawns and flowers and a good size communal swimming pool. Unfortunately the weather was warm but not hot enough for us to swim in. The apartment is of a decent size with all the amenities you would need and the bed was very firm which is my preference. A lovely apartment ideally located next to Pueblo Latino Square which in itself is a little gem with lovely restaurants and a relaxing Spanish ambience. The shops are a short drive away as is the N332 road which enables quick and easy access to Pilar de la Horada or La Zenia.

Prima appartement op een rustige locatie. Alles is in huis aanwezig en de aardige eigenaar spreekt goed Engels. De locatie is rustig maar is een prima uitvalbasis voor diverse steden en/of golfbanen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist genau so wie im im Internet beschrieben. Pedro ist ein freundlicher Gastgeber und hilft bei allen Fragen. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in einer schönen Anlage.

Poolblick..leider auf einer Baustelle Krauch und Dreck

Die Anlage als solche ist schon sehr schön, aber leider in der ersten Wochen fingen die Bauarbeiten am Pool an! d.h. Laut und Dreck und von schönen Blick ab 8:00Uhr bis Abends 18:00. Uhr wars dahin.... Leider wurde die "Baumaßnahme" vorher und in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt... Resultat Abreise / Abbruch des Urlaubes. Einfach Schade ...und das die Wohnung / Einrichtung auch schon in die Jahre gekommen ist, hätten wir noch akzeptiert und mit Leben können...
