Location is fantastic. The girl that worked the desk the night of 30 Dec was amazing, great food recs, the breakfast girls are the best. Will visit every time because of the staff members. Rooms were nice, kind of cold so needed to buy an extra blanket but it was 20 degrees so I can understand that.

The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and secure, with a modern design. However, there were occasional loud noises from outside, even on the 6th floor. This might be expected from a downtown hotel with a city view. The staff was incredibly helpful, checking me in and assisting me throughout my stay. My only major complaint is the bedding. The blanket provided on the bed was far too thin for the Pittsburgh winter.

Courteous from desk staff and clean rooms. Only issue at breakfast both mornings got order wrong and the girl just couldn’t get it right after telling her what wanted and still didn’t get what wanted and just ate what was given.
