I am really disappointed with my stay at your hotel. We requested extra towels and a comforter around 9pm, but it took until 11pm to receive them, and only after we asked multiple times. The restaurant service was also slow, and we didn't get the food we ordered, despite having paid for it as part of our room package. Unfortunately, our overall experience was pretty bad. Would love to discuss this further and get a resolution.

Location is fantastic. The girl that worked the desk the night of 30 Dec was amazing, great food recs, the breakfast girls are the best. Will visit every time because of the staff members. Rooms were nice, kind of cold so needed to buy an extra blanket but it was 20 degrees so I can understand that.
