Staff were amazing. We had an issue with hot water in our room. The staff and manager was very accommodating and removed 3 days worth of valet and moved us to another room. They gave us great ideas of places in walking distance to eat in the area.

For as much as your paying for your stay .You could at least have enough staff on hand to help customers. They where great yet pushed to do more . Uper management district managers need to work on busy football games to see what your putting your front line workers though!
