We had a great time at this hotel. There was a happy hour on Saturdays with free wine and beer in the hotel lobby. Everything was clean and new. The hotel is very convenient.

Definitely one of the nicer hotels downtown Pittsburgh. Small rooms and bathroom. The bathroom didn’t have a fan and the shower head sprayed all over the bathroom floor because the enclosure is only half glass. Nice rooms though and recommended for short stay. My go to hotel.

Very surprised by this hotel! Very happy with the long stay. The restaurant was wonderful, and the rooms were large. The bathroom had no place to store any toiletries, or I would have given it 5 stars. What a deal! Great price for what it was! It felt quite swanky, in a good way.

We loved the hotel and restaurant. The valet service was pretty unresponsive when we arrived but retrieving our car was great. My 92 year old father didn’t have hot water in the morning, but the nice woman who checked us out comped our parking.

The vibes were pretty however the parking situation was not good. Apart from the lack of parking all together, the valet took a long time to retrieve our car at one point the receptionist had to go get our keys and give them to us because our car was on the curve but the valet was no where to be seen. The room was small and clean, but it had a dark carpet that seemed like it was dirty. The bed was not comfortable and they only gave thin sheets to cover yourself with. The shower was only a half glass so naturally water got all over the bathroom floor. The restarant was good but over all would not stay here again.

Beautiful hotel! Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Walkable to many restaurants, and attractions. Will definitely stay here again when in Pittsburgh.

Well maintained property with spacious rooms. Walkable distance from many downtown attractions, stadiums, museums, dining options. City parking garage next block, reasonably priced for downtown location. Happy hour with drinks. Excellent on premise restaurant.

This property is clean, centrally located and very well designed. The restaurant associated with it is excellent (The Commoner). The front desk staff is average at best (they just looked at 10-15 people is the entry (which is very small) and awkwardly waited to be approached. No greeting, no help facilitating a line or anything. It was a bit odd for a hotel we paid $430 for one night for. And while they have 4 valets guys, they were not overly helpful and it took 25 minutes to get a car (while they just BS’d around)- also odd seeing as we were the only one waiting for a car… On the whole it’s a solid property, but they’ve got some work to do to tighten things up.
