Short 1 night stay. Everything was just ok, nothing was bad. Room was Clean. Complimentary toiletries were not good. Bring your own. Room was ok for the price.

It was all about when we arrived. They gave away our room and then blamed the fact that three housekeepers called out the same day that they gave away our clean reserved room and instead after asking what we were to do after them giving away our room, the guy behind the desk went to an unmade room, did who knows what (probably straightened out, threw out trash but not much else) and took an aerosol can and sprayed it to make it seem fresh. Thirty minutes after arrival, he let us into the room. Two things…you knew you gave it away, if straightening it out was going to be under 30 minutes, why wait to do it? Also, no service to our room the entire time there…and I found stuff in the bed that had to be from the prior persons but was so exhausted, didn’t even argue, just figured they would clean the next day and they did not. No compensation offered for the levels of inconvenience or unprofessionalism. Red roof is out and orbitz may not be in any longer, either after this experience.

We pulled into parking lot. The hotel looksl ike it is filled with homeless. Half the exterior doors were wide open and people just walking in and out of room. Went into lobby snd walked out. Did not even check in. I would not put myself or my family into this hotel. Even in daylight did not feel safe in parkingl ot.

I paid for the premium room. The first room was ok. We had issues getting in to the room because of the lock so the front desk clerk changed our rooms. That room was slightly better cleanliness wise. However throughout the weekend, we had issues with that lock as well. The hotel definitely needs to update all of the rooms and locks to justify the price. I'm happy I paid for an upgraded room or who knows what kind of conditions the room would have been.

Never Again – Complete Waste of Money

Absolutely horrible experience at Red Roof Inn. The room was in terrible condition—completely unacceptable. The beds were awful and uncomfortable, the bathroom was disgusting with visible mold in the bathtub, and to top it off, the AC didn’t even work. This place is a disgrace and should not be renting out rooms in this condition. Totally ruined my stay.
