Great location. Unfortunately, I was moved to a different room. I was put into a king when I needed two queens. The room I was moved to was right beside a massive HVAC unit and it was extremely loud. I did not sleep for two days.

The hotel is beautiful. Beds were fine. Could use several more hooks in the bathroom and more surfaces. Same with the room… more surfaces. The tall chair is not comfortable. Our fridge had no shelves. Staff was amazing!! There were a couple spiders in the bathroom. We also would recommend fans in the bathroom; it got steamy with little effort. Thanks!!

Big Disappointment! We paid for a first class hotel but upon arrival discovered that the shower was not working, which after 6 hours of driving did not make us happy. Then we were unable to order room service at 8:45 even though it was supposed to open until 9. They didn't;t even answer the phone.

Expedia, should make sure that when your client requests Breakfast included, it should say that on the confirmation email that is issued as well s the hotel so that they don’t give the individuals a hard time at check-in. Please ensure that Management is aware of this issue and I am lucky that he Hotel was nice and they gave us breakfast. I purposely booked this hotel because I wanted breakfast and the confirmation that was issued by Expedia doesn’t say anything and also at the hotel it didn’t say anything.

Stephanie, front desk staff was truly concerned and upset when our room request for a total clean was ignored not once but twice. On check in, request for second night was set, yet never occurred. Sadly, the hotel is not staffed for appropriate client requests.
