Looks nice from outside, but room is filthy

Room was meant to be cleaned each day however bottles of empty water was there from a previous stay that was never cleaned throughout the 4 days. Dirt/mud on the carpet from day 1 to day 4,bath was never cleaned and dirty every day and bed sheets were filthy! Will never stay here again

We loved this hotel. The restaurant was amazing. The bed was very comfortable. It was quiet. We will absolutely be staying here again. The valet was a great touch because parking is such a hassle. No complaints at all

Our stay was fantastic! The accommodations were beautiful, but, it was the staff that made our stay so memorable. The ladies at the front desk treated us like family! And the server at the restaurant was just beyond !!! We are already planning our next trip to Pittsburgh, and we will never stay anywhere else but The Renaissance!

Katie at the front desk was amazing. She made sure all expectations were met. During the check in process Tanesha also was so pleasant and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was perfect and had an amazing view of Roberto Clemente bridge. Very walkable city with great restaurants to choose from. We will be back again. I loved the property, and the view of the city was gorgeous! However, I did find the room to be a bit on the smaller side compared to what I'm used to. It would have been great to see more historical context about the building and its surroundings rather than just typical pictures.

Awesome location, comfortable beds

Lovely hotel, excellent view of the river, baseball stadium. Quick walk to theaters and markets. Awesome Greek restaurant right across the street where the owner serves each table - fabulous food. The hotel was wonderfully decorated for Christmas and looked magical. We took the opportunity to see MJ the Musical just three blocks away and the next day walked to the Christmas market. Staff helped us find the underground which we took to the incline.

We enjoyed walking to the Pittsburgh symphony and restaurants. Our junior suite had a nice river view. The room was too dark. Staff were pleasant and helpful. No room service available.
