The room was very small, a lot of maintenance issues , air conditioning didn’t work. Sink drain in bath leaked into items stored under. Mold on shower walls . Floor of shower was very slick because of type of tiles used (large wall tiles) Also the noise level was pretty bad from adjacent rooms. For the type of Hotel and price, it was not a good value.

Thr river view from the hotel was great! It is very close to Market Square and the many food options. I enjoyed walking the shoreline through Point Park in the evening. The city view was beautiful. My only issue was finding parking for my truck. The hotel does not have its own parking, but i was able to use the valet for surface parking at a slightly higher cost.

Where to start?! The “valet” is $43 just for them to say they don’t have parking garage, so basically your only choice is to do valet & the valet is right outside the door, cars just parked in the curb. Just say parking is $43 not “valet”, you always have to go knock on the door for service as well. Front desk was nice. The bed sheets were dirty, looked like food stains, didn’t notice until past midnight when we laid down.. the bathroom was really small & not very up to date how it seems in the picture. The older lady in the bar was VERY RUDE, we got there around 10:10 & she closed at 11pm however, she started cleaning & rushing us out of there, after asking what time they closed because of her attitude she said “11pm but I don’t mind to kick yall out” excuse me lady? It isn’t even 10:15pm but whatever I kill with kindness so I tipped her big. Overall, I will be trying a new hotel next time i am in the city.
