Room could use some color but I'm assuming beige is the overall theme, room small but perfect size for a last minute emergency room following no power at home. Not a bad stay but the room we were in (822) needed a lot of TLC. Wallpaper is peeling in every section and the furniture has alot if damage and marks. Beds were old loud spring style that made it hard to sleep with anyone else in the bed with you. Location is great and pool in wonderful.

Shocked!

I feel this is considered an upscale place. I could not believe how outdated the rooms were. Old wallpaper peeling off the walls, worn out carpet. I have seen cheap hotels in this shape. Was not expecting it from a place with a good reputation and a 300$ a night price tag to look like this one did. The restaurant was as disappointing. It took forever to get food. The waiter never came back to see if we needed refills or if all was good. I never even received a drink with my order. The person that I assume was the manager was one of the rudest people I have met...... The good part of the stay.....the food was decent, and the bed was very comfortable.
