Toilet chain broke overflowing water things happen but the bathroom even upon arrival looked dirty and there was a pubic hair in my bed sheet very dusty behind the curtains too otherwise very friendly staff and hallways were nice

We arrived to hotel with intentions of getting a room with a double queen size beds, we were told we weren’t getting that due to not having any ready because of being over booked which was terrible because there were multiple families coming in from out of town for different events. Your stars will go down because multiple guests I’m sure feel the same! We didn’t get into a room which wasn’t the one we were suppose to get until 2 hours later. The first room was a king size bed with 3 of us staying. We decided we’d do that, make it work and share one bed and the other get the one. Well.. we get in that room and there is no mattress on the pull out. We then waited for another room hoping they said they’d get us into a Queen, they were waiting on “house keeping”. We then were given another room with a kinds bed and a pull out bed which had the mattress on it which looked like it’d been sitting in a room with a nicotine smoker, as well as the microwave didn’t work. We were offered 3 vouchers for a free drink/meal for either breakfast or dinner. We waited over 1.5 for food, about 25 minutes for drinks, 15 minutes for refills while servers are out taking smoke breaks not getting the refills requested at table for my friends waiting for their refills.. very professional not to make sure guest are taken care of. Guess that comes in hand with the hotel itself. Worst experienced we ever had staying in a hotel. Fix the booking process! Overcharged me for a room I didn’t choose as well!!

The room was very clean and all the staff was top notch for service. The valet parking was nothing more than organized chaos. There was a dance event at the hotel so that added to the loads of cars stacking up in front, but I guess if that’s all I have to point out then it wasn’t that bad. We’ll definitely be back, highly recommend.

The stay was excellent because of the staff. We were there during a giant snowstorm. The city was basically shut down. Big credit to Cody at the front desk (who I think was stuck there with us) and the others who took care of us when nothing was normal. While standing in the lobby and looking at the craziness outside, I saw a local man who got stranded in the city when the buses shut down. His phone battery had died, his wife didn't know where he was. Cody loaned him a phone charger and let him charge up so he could call his wife, call a car, whatever. The guy ended up renting a room, but no one expected that when they loaned him the charger. I was happy to see it. Great staff. One complaint though: Why would anyone choose The Epoch Times as the newspaper in the lobby? It's ridiculous and unseemly. Please get a real newspaper or just give up on papers altogether. Either one would be an improvement.
