This hotel is located in a farm property could be much updated it says they have a swim up pool bar and wasnt even functioning the pool was full of dead mosquitos and flies they could have someone cleaning it at least twice a day the service was terrible we had to do everything on our own to reserved activities they couldn’t call from the front desk and ask what hours available the food was from days before hard bread and for lunch they had one plate that had gone bad already tasted spoiled they said it was all inclusive but then they charged for all the drinks feom water to beer we Have stayed at plenty all inclusive and all inclusive means exactly that ALL INCLUSIVE not just the food. After we checked out we asked if we could use the pool for at least an hour and then we could leave because we came in late the night before and didn’t enjoy the pool that much just a few hours the day before when we checked in and their answer was no i have Stayed at all inclusive hotels where after your check out time you can use their amenities until your departure time i enjoyed The horse back riding activity that to me was the best part of the whole stay. Expedia mentioned i stayed At a VIP section there was no VIP about it didn’t get any extra perks or special attention the coffee on the lobby was not replenished they kept it from two day before and even when we left it wasn’t updated this hotel can do a lot better on customer service and the food service as well

Good hotel overall. Bit far from downtown. Beautiful surroundings. Room had bugs as soon as we walked in. That was a turn off. Food was plenty and good. Horseback riding super fun.

 puro mofo e parede caindo e um cheiro horroso 
 depois de muita briga e conversa e muitos pedidos de paciĂȘncia por parte dos funcionĂĄrios me trocaram de quarto. Esse episĂłdio atĂ© me deixou esquecer que fomos barrados na portaria junto a uns 20 carros atĂ© eu reclamar e conseguirmos entrar uma hora de nosso check in !!! Isso pq me disseram que sou VIP nesse app e poderia fazer check in antecipado

Hospedagem honesta. O hotel é bastante grande numa årea não totalmente plana, fazendo os hóspedes andarem até as åreas comuns como o restaurante por exemplo. Isso dependendo de onde estå hospedado. Quando cheio, tem filas no restaurante para todas as refeiçÔes. Os monitores são excelentes. A comida é ok. Não recomendo o passeio de "trenzinho" puxado por trator porque foi muito desconfortåvel levando até um lago muito distante sem paradas ou coisas para ver. As instalaçÔes do hotel precisam ser mais bem cuidadas.

Organização piorou muito

O hotel fazenda Ă© rĂșstico e agradĂĄvel. A monitoria Ă© EXPECIONAL, pessoas maravilhosas que chamam as crianças, sĂŁo carinhosas e muito dedicadas! TambĂ©m ofereceram cerveja o dia todo grĂĄtis, achei fantĂĄstica a iniciativa. Eu fui em 2021 no hotel e agora, infelizmente nĂŁo volto enĂŁo recomendo porque a organização estĂĄ muito RUIM. Fila no cafĂ© da manhĂŁ, fila no almoço, fila no jantar, fila no lanche da tarde. A qualidade do cafĂ© da manhĂŁ tambĂ©m caiu muito: pĂŁes secos, sem sabor bom, pĂŁo de queijo duro e achar 1 bolo Ă© raridade. Em todas as refeiçÔes, alĂ©m das filas terrĂ­veis (me senti humilhada pagando para ficar em longas filas) a reposição das comidas nĂŁo era feita e toda hora acabava algo. Isso piorava ainda mais a fila e fazia comer comida fria, aguardando a reposição chegar. O cafĂ© da tarde era melhor nĂŁo ter, colocavam uma mesa pequena para uma multidĂŁo ficar em fila e nĂŁo tinha reposição = horrĂ­vel! Os horĂĄrios das refeiçÔes sĂŁo apenas durante 2 horas, se chega na primeira hora pega filas gigantescas e se chega na segunda hora jĂĄ pega coisas sem reposição, apenas os restos. A festa junina de 2021 foi Ăłtima e a desse ano pĂ©ssima, nĂŁo tinha onde sentar para comer (espaço super restrito) e filas kilomĂ©tricas atĂ© para pegar um simples doce. Apesar de gostar do lugar e da monitoria, nĂŁo volto e nĂŁo recomendo pela pĂ©ssima organização. Me senti humilhada ficando em filas, esperando comida.

Hotel fazenda muito aconchegante

A comida Ă© muito boa, vĂĄrias opçÔes de lazer, quadra de tĂȘnis, Beach tenis, vĂŽlei, como tava frio, a ĂĄgua nĂŁo estava aquecida o suficiente, a hidromassagem tava em manutenção e a outra tinha pouca ĂĄgua, senti falta. Quarto com wi-fi, tv com alguns canais por assinatura, faz muita diferença Ă  noite. A primeira vez que fui, faz 11 anos, sinto que precisa de uma melhor manutenção as opçÔes de lazer, restaurante e quarto em excelente estado. Um Ăłtimo lugar pra descansar e se divertir com a famĂ­lia.

Os funcionarios sao muito atenciosos, mas nao sabem dar informacoes. Falta treinamento. O setor de reservas é confuso, cada hora då uma informacao. Tentam cobrir o preço dos sites oferecendo beneficios, mas nao informam que só valem se fecharmos com eles. Tinha poucos funcionarios para a demanda do réveillon e os mesmos trabalharam ate às 5:30 da manhã na noite da virada e começaram a trabalhar no dia 1 às 7. Deveria haver um rodizio. Mas o lugar é muito gostoso, só desorganizado.
