Villa Camp Suau Petit is in a picturesque setting for a relaxing holiday. Surrounded by beautiful countryside, it is just a short journey from the old town of Pollensa, as well as the beach and restaurants of Puerto Pollensa. The villa has traditional-modern furnishings and spacious grounds. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all rooms are included.
The villa is distributed over 2 floors, presenting on the ground floor a large open-plan living area consisting of a fully equipped kitchen with its work island and brunch bar, and a dining room that leads through a spacious living area with a guest bathroom.
The living area is furnished in a modern style, with a beamed ceiling and an ornamental fireplace, as well as comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV with Home Cinema. A step from here leads to the kitchen with an authentic wooden table with chairs, ideal for socialising after a quiet day around the pool. A set of doors opens to the terrace with views of the pool and countryside.
The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of space to prepare delicious meals, there is a breakfast bar. The kitchen has a full oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle.
On the first floor you will find the 2 rooms. The villa has 2 bright, ventilated and spacious rooms. These rooms have spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. The main bedroom also has an open en-suite bathroom. In addition, there is a separate living area located next to the two rooms with a double sofa bed on the landing.
Leaving the villa through the large wooden dining patio gates, you will find an elegant exterior design with a very comfortable patio area for dining and relaxing. There is also another separate indoor dining area where you have a large barbecue and table along with the laundry area. Following down to the lower level via the terrace stairs, you have the swimming pool and a private covered rest area.
The magnificent views over the mountain peaks are best enjoyed from the comfort of one's own private saltwater pool and garden. A room protects the table and chairs from the sun along with a brick barbecue, creating a fantastic outdoor dining area.
The air conditioning is available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.
Information to be taken into account:
In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.
On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.
The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
