3 bedroom villa, with private pool and BBQ, Puerto Pollensa

Villa Gotmar is located in an excellent central location, the beach and services of Puerto Pollensa are just a 15-minute walk away. This popular and lively complex features an enormous variety of bistros, cafés and contemporary gift shops, all with views of its huge sandy beach and marina. Ten minutes from the house, you can visit the craft shops on the pretty cobblestone streets of Pollensa, have a coffee at a table in the main square or climb the 365 steps to the Calvari church to enjoy its magnificent views.



This pleasant villa with 3 bedrooms has a private swimming pool and a brick barbecue, as well as a view of the Tramuntana mountain in the distance. It includes WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all rooms.



There is an off-road private parking area for your hire car, with 3 steps to the entrance at the front of the house.



The living room features comfortable sofas, a television, an ornamental brick fireplace, and a table and chairs. The patio doors open to the elevated covered terrace with views of the swimming pool.



The fully equipped kitchen leads to a second dining room with a door leading to the barbecue terrace, and also has access to a pantry and a laundry room. The traditional-style kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances and a spacious countertop. The kitchen has a full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, and kettle.



The villa has a double room with doors leading to the covered terrace. There are also 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each and an independent bathroom with a shower. The 3 rooms are cool and spacious, with plenty of storage space.



In the exterior, the villa has a small lawn area and terraces with a spacious area for sunbathing. The elevated part of the terrace is partially covered, which provides shade for the outdoor dining area and game tables. On the other side of the villa is the brick barbecue and a second table and chairs. The grounds are completely enclosed and surrounded by hedges for a good degree of privacy.



Villa Gotmar can accommodate up to 6 people. (Travel cots and high chairs are available FREE OF CHARGE upon request).



Free air conditioning from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM



The tourist tax is included in the price.



Information to take into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.

As a guest of this villa, you'll find a terrace, barbecue grills, and gift shops/newsstands. Public spaces have free WiFi. This villa also features a garden and laundry facilities.
