Located on the fourth floor of a building with a lift, this elegant penthouse offers an exceptional holiday experience with spectacular views directly over the beach of Puerto de Pollença. Its privileged location and comfortable design make it the ideal choice for those wishing to enjoy the sea in style and comfort.

Accommodating up to five guests, the apartment features a spacious and bright open-plan living and dining area that opens onto a private terrace with breathtaking views over the bay – the perfect setting for seaside breakfasts or sunset dinners. The dining and living spaces are integrated with the kitchen, creating a sense of openness and light. This area is equipped with an air conditioning unit that efficiently cools the entire common space.

There are three bedrooms. The two main bedrooms, both with double beds, have individual air conditioning units for optimal comfort. The third bedroom is smaller, with a single bed. Although it does not have its own air conditioning unit or wardrobe, it is located next to the living room, where the main air conditioning unit is installed, ensuring a pleasant temperature.

The apartment includes two full bathrooms, each with a washbasin, toilet, and shower. Next to the kitchen, there is a practical laundry area equipped with a washing machine – ideal for longer stays or family holidays.

Great apartment with amazing views

From booking the apartment to leaving everything was great. Prime location apartment with great views of the marina and bay. Great place to stay in Puerto Pollenca, would definitely stay again.

Frequent visitors to Port de Pollensa so very familiar with the area. We came with friends this year and decided upon an apartment. Location right on the front was perfect, we could sit on the balcony and just watch the world go by. Los Faroles is central and has restaurants and shops very close by. The apartment is lovely with comfortable beds and tasteful decoration, the apartment is kitted out with everything you would need. It is nearing the end of season and there are a few remedial bits that need doing, the edges on some of the kitchen door was not attached and it was a bit sharp in places. The apartment was on the 4th floor and there is a lift available but you do have to go up a small flight of stairs to access it. For us it gave us a perfect location in a perfect place. Thank you, we would come back.

Lovely apartment with an absolutely stunning view that can not fail to impress, the location is perfect for resturants and bars etc, with some beautiful beaches within a few mins walk. The apartment was very clean and plenty of room for us 4 adults, Mariana was extremely helpful in getting us a second set of keys cut, very good communication.
