Air conditioning. Outside: Cloakroom. Shower. In-built barbecue. Covered and open terraces. Fully enclosed grounds. Private parking. Private swimming pool (8m x 4m) with Roman steps.
This beautifully designed, deceptively spacious and very well equipped property is the perfect choice for a couple seeking a comfortable and relaxing holiday base in the picturesque north of the island. Ca Na Reieta boasts a lovely location just 1.2 km from the celebrated Roman town of Pollença and only a five minute drive from the long seafront promenade at Port de Pollença. Comprehensive amenities which include supermarkets, boutiques, bars, cafes, many first class restaurants and a wonderful sweeping sandy beach are therefore all very close to hand.
Tastefully chosen furnishings, attractive artwork and white décor create a tranquil, welcoming atmosphere. Of open plan design the living room sits to one side, a pretty kitchen/diner to the other while the mezzanine is home to a double bed, lovely en suite shower room and an air conditioning unit cleverly positioned to efficiently serve the whole property.
The craggy peaks of the Sierra Tramuntana foothills dominate the near distance. Sunset sees innumerable changes of colour over the rockface, a panorama best enjoyed perhaps from the fragrant shaded front terrace while the evening meal cooks on the adjacent barbecue.
As one of the most emblematic locations in all Mallorca Pollença needs little introduction. Nearby Cala San Vicenç (4.4km) has two sandy coves, while the Port of Pollença (5.3km) boasts a pinetree-lined coastal walkway, outstanding seafood restaurants and a superb beach. The surrounding hills and coastline are ideal for walking, cycling and bird watching.
Air conditioning usage (12 hours per day) is included in the rental rate. There are open tread stairs in this property
