Can Corme is a completely renovated, luxurious Mallorcan country finca that offers a spacious and comfortable stay for up to 10 people. It has five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a spacious swimming pool, which can be heated on request for a weekly supplement, and is located in a quiet area surrounded by nature and within easy walking distance of all the amenities of the historic old town of Pollensa.

The finca is immaculately and luxuriously furnished and offers plenty of privacy amidst a picturesque and extensive garden, making it a fantastic choice for families and large groups looking to enjoy their holiday together! As you enter through the arched doorway, you will find a spacious living room overlooking the garden, plenty of comfy sofas, a traditional fireplace for the cooler months, a flat screen TV and a small library corner. From here you enter the large eat-in kitchen with state of the art integrated appliances, a dining table and a breakfast bar. It is equipped with everything you need for your stay, including a professional gas hob with large oven, a large fridge and freezer with ice machine, as well as the other household appliances you would expect in a well-equipped kitchen (microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, etc.). There are also two double bedrooms on the ground floor, two en suite bathrooms, a laundry room and a cosy and sunny family playroom with a separate TV. On the first floor there are three further bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 twin) with fitted wardrobes and three bathrooms (two of which are en suite), all of which offer marvellous views. All bedrooms and bathrooms are beautifully decorated and equipped. The property benefits from air conditioning and additional gas oil central heating for maximum comfort in the cooler months of the year.



Outside there is a large, covered terrace with a spacious barbecue area and a traditional



barbecue area and a traditional Mallorcan clay oven. The long table in this special place offers enough space for all guests to enjoy meals together and cosy evenings sheltered in the open air.



The adjoining elegant swimming pool of 11m x 5m is surrounded by a terrace area and offers 10 sun loungers and parasols for shade. The pool can be heated on request for an additional weekly charge. There is also a solar pool cover that can be used. The pool can also be fenced on request for an additional charge. The property has extensive grounds of over 16,000 square metres, making it a peaceful, yet very centrally located retreat. A few years ago, an olive grove with 180 organic olive trees was planted flanking the property on one side, while on the other side there is a well-tended orchard with numerous orange, mandarin and lemon trees, which you are welcome to help yourself to during your stay! Behind the property, the coastal foothills of the Tramuntana mountain range rise above the Ternelles valley.



Can Corme is in an excellent location in the tranquil countryside of Ternelles, on the outskirts of Pollensa. The town centre and the church square can be reached on foot in

20 minutes (1.3 km), it is a very pleasant walk through the quiet countryside, past the Pont Roma and then through the small and quiet streets of the old town of Pollenca .



In 10 minutes by car you can reach the dream beaches of Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollensa or the entrance to the breathtaking Cap Formentor. Cyclists and hikers will find themselves at one of the best starting points for short and long excursions in the Tramuntana mountains. For golf lovers, a round of golf on the 9-hole Pollensa golf course is a must and the world-famous Alcanada golf course is just a 15-minute drive away. The charming old town of Pollensa is rich in history and culture and attracts visitors from near and far with its many attractions and festivals throughout the year. Beautiful cobbled streets surround the main square, there is a wide selection of restaurants and cafés, well-kept shops and outstanding historical sites to discover as well as the large weekly market.



Puerto Pollensa is just a few kilometres to the north and offers wonderful beaches, a beautiful sea promenade and a marina for yachts and yachtsmen as well as a variety of excellent restaurants and cafés.
