Doors leading from the lounge/dining area onto the sunny terrace, provide natural light and direct access to the pool area.

Located five minutes from old town Pollensa, the villa also sits roughly mid-point from both pretty Cala San Vicente and bustling Port de Pollenca, each just a fifteen-minute drive, offering a range of eateries huddled along their sandy bays.

Air conditioning usage is on a timer (12 hours per day).
Please note that in addition to the property rental there is a local tourist tax to pay for all visitors aged 16 and over.  €2.00 (€2.20 incl. IVA) (£2) per night for the first 9 nights, €1.00 (€1.10 incl. IVA) (£1) per night for each night thereafter per person.  We will add this amount to your booking.
