Impressive wooden double doors give access to this wonderful country house. A spacious entrance hall with a double height ceiling and natural stone and local wood features leads through a charming archway into the open plan lounge/dining room with the stylish, fully fitted, open plan kitchen. Generous glass doors along the south and west side of this spacious area give access to the outside terrace and also allow natural light to illuminate the rooms. In total there are four bedrooms, there is one King bed room with en suite on the ground floor, and the other king bedrooms (1 can be split into singles) are on the upper floor with one ensuite and one shared bathroom.



Outside, you will find all necessities that a house of this category provides for the discerning client: several open and covered terraces, a barbecue and a pergola with partial shade and fantastic views of the garden and the countryside. The swimming pool (12m x 6m) has a heating system and is surrounded by spacious relaxation areas. The beautifully landscaped garden with cypress trees offers plenty of privacy. The captivating stone house is equipped with air conditioning and a fireplace which provide pleasant temperatures all year round. There is also enough space to park the car and a carport in the house. The property has a water well and the water is desalinated through an osmosis system.
