Villa Ventet is a traditional Mallorcan-style villa located in the peaceful area of La Font, in Pollença. Accommodating six guests, this house offers stunning views of the Serra de Tramuntana and the surrounding rural landscape, making it ideal for those seeking tranquility without sacrificing proximity to the village amenities, which are just a few minutes’ drive away.

The villa features a natural stone façade and a spacious driveway leading to a private parking area. The main entrance is accessed via a shaded terrace that opens into a bright and spacious living room with parquet flooring that extends throughout the house. The living room, kitchen, and three bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning on a limited schedule (2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 9:00 pm to 9:00 am), in line with the energy efficiency policy.

From the living room, an archway leads to a hallway where there is a bathroom with a shower and a double bedroom opening onto the front terrace. On the opposite side, double doors lead to a large, modern kitchen-dining room that blends rustic elements with contemporary design and connects to another terrace and the rear courtyard.

A wooden staircase leads to a mezzanine with a reading area. To the left is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony, while to the right a corridor leads to a second bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with two single beds and a terrace overlooking the Serra de Tramuntana.

Outside, the villa boasts a private swimming pool, a large barbecue area, and a bathroom with a shower.
