Sat in the heart of the enchanting town of Pollença is Casa Albuqassim, the charming home away from home in the Balearic Islands that you’ve been dreaming of. Right in the middle of the town, everything you need for a memorable Mallorca holiday is just a stone’s throw away.
Just a few steps away from the shutters that lead to the cosy terrace is your own private pool. Bright blue, lit up and heated*, there’s no time that isn’t perfect to go for a dip in the calm water. Whether you’re wanting a swim under the morning sun, or a refreshing drink as the light slowly dies down, look no further than your walled off hidden heaven just outside the back shutters.
Channel your inner Spaniard and go for a midday nap under the famous Mallorcan sun for an authentic siesta, or head inside to make the most of the air-conditioned rooms, full of rustic charm thanks to the stone bricks that make up the beautiful architecture of the building.
Head into the town of Pollença and discover the traditional restaurants and bars that are dotted all over the area. This villa is accessed directly off the street. There is 1 step into the villa. The front door has a width of 140cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 100cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. The pool itself has ladder access, whilst it has an edging around it. The ground floor single bedroom door is 73cm wide, whilst the shower room door is 65cm wide.
