This romantic Villa with pool in Pollensa is tucked away in the Ternelles valley at the foot of the Tramuntana Mountain Range. Surrounded by cypresses and oak and pine trees you can enjoy the tranquillity of the country side. The area around the house is protected so you find a very green environment with a big variety of birds. The house is located approx. 1,5 km away from the historic town of Pollensa.

The house is tastefully decorated with Majorcan furniture, it has a warm and cosy atmosphere. The house offers a spacious a sitting/ dining room, 3 bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen.

It´s a little private paradise and a perfect place to be and soak up the atmosphere of the local countryside. Pollensa Town nearby with its shops, cafes and restaurants offers you the opportunity of seeing daily Majorcan everyday life. There are many sandy beaches to choose from in the area all within a 10 to 20 minute drive by car.



The property is very large. It has two separate housing areas with two detached homes each having its own yard and private pool. The next door finca Can Colonya can host eight people. Perfect for a family holiday or an escape with friends.

Lage und Ausblick sind ein Traum

Die Lage und Ausblick sind auch nach vielen Jahren immer noch traumhaft - waren schon öfter da. Ist halt ein Sehnsuchtsort! Service und Betreuung ,vor allem durch Juan vor Ort, sehr gut. Waren flugbedingt sehr früh in Pollenca und konnten spontan eher ins Haus. Dankeschön Martina! Das Inventar besonders in der Küche sollte überprüft werden. Die Kaffeemaschine ist furchtbar- eine Kanne Kaffe läuft eine Stunde durch. Geschirrbestand bei 6 Personen zu knapp. Die tolle Terrasse am Haus könnte mehr Schatten oder eher noch einen Regenschutz vertragen.

Das Haus liegt wunderschön mit Blick auf die Berge und man sieht das Meer in der Ferne glitzern. Die Außenanlage ist sehr schön und es gibt viele sonnige Plätze, was wir in unserem Frühlingsurlaub sehr genossen haben. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen. Es gibt viele schöne Wanderungen und Ausflüge in der Umgebung und der Spaziergang nach Pollença (20 min) ist schön mit Blick auf Berge zwischen Oliven-, Zitronen- und Orangenbäumen.

Wir haben 10 wunderschöne Tage in der Finca verbracht. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf Pollença ist toll, Pool und Aussengelände sehr schön angelegt. Vielen Dank, es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.
