This spacious 3-bedroom apartment, with full air conditioning, occupies an enviable position right opposite the beach in the centre of Puerto Pollensa, offering beautiful views across the stunning Bay of Pollensa and its clear blue waters.



Due to its central location there are numerous bars, restaurants and shops right on the doorstep making it ideal for those who enjoy being in the heart of a resort with its amenities and nightlife.



The apartment is open plan with a modern fully equipped kitchen flowing through to a lounge area with comfortable seating opening out in turn onto a large balcony with seating for al fresco dining and relaxing while taking in the views to the beach, marina and beyond.



From the kitchen there is a passage to the rear of the apartment where the bedrooms and bathrooms are. There are two well-appointed twin rooms and a spacious double sharing one full bathroom and a further shower room. All bedrooms benefit of A/C units.
