The exteriors are lovely. You can cool off in the chlorinated 8 x 4 m pool (with 1.6 m at the shallow end increasing to 1.9 m at deep end). The 200 m2 two-storey house has 4 bedrooms: 1 on the ground floor with double bed, wardrobe and en suite bathroom with bathtub; and 3 on the 1st floor (2 with 2 single beds, and en suite bathroom, 1 with shower and 1 with bathtub, and 1 with 2 single beds and wardrobe. All of them have air conditioning. There is availability for 1 baby cot. In addition to the en suite bathrooms, the house has 1 toilet in the ground floor. The living-dining room is very cosy, with 2 sofas, TV-Sat, 1 fireplace, a table with chairs and air conditioning. The kitchen, independent and vitro, has everything you need to cook without any problem. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Moreover, its energy source is ecological, as it is obtained through aerothermal energy. Cala Sant Vicenç is a very charming place as it is a quiet area, with the sea and the mountains nearby. Puerto de Pollença is a very charming place with a seafront promenade ideal for strolling and enjoying the wide variety of gastronomy and the different shops.
