Summary:
Finca Piedra Cuxach is a beautiful 3 bedroom restored farmhouse, fitted with modern facilities. Surrounded by the quiet area of Pollenca’s countryside, in La Font, a quiet area just to the side of the town. This villa offers panoramic views of the Bocquer mountains and is located close to the old town. You can walk into Pollenca in 20 minutes! The gardens of this amazing villa are very well maintained and are populated with fruit trees, allowing extra outdoor space for families. (and free fruit in the right months!) If you are looking for the perfect hideaway for you and your family, Villa Piedra is the place to stay.
The Space:
As you enter the Finca there is a utility room, equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and an extra refrigerator. There is also an open plan, fully equipped, kitchen. The lounge offers two comfortable sofas, fireplace, and a TV. On the same floor, there is a double room and a twin bedroom and in-between there is a renovated bathroom with a walk in shower.
Also, throughout the villa there is Wifi access and air conditioning. On the first floor, there is another double bedroom with an en-suite walk in shower.
Finca Piedra Cuxach is a very clean, tidy but traditional villa, and has had many years of happy guests. It offers a large, private floodlit swimming pool. Alongside the pool area is a lovely covered terrace, furnished with garden furniture and a stone barbecue, allowing guests to enjoy the wonderful Mallorca weather whilst dining outside.
You can walk in 20 minutes right into Pollenca Old Town from La Font. Pollenca centre is a traditional working Old Town, with winding streets and beautiful townhouses, the five minutes walk from the house lead you into the famous square or ‘Plaza Major’ where stunning restaurants and cafes line the edges. The square is frequently decorated, or home to musicians, or traditional dancing. With the stunning Puig De Maria mountains as backdrop on one side, or the Tramuntana mountains at the other, you will fall in love with its charm.
You have access to the backland with where you can find different types of fruit trees. Great and exciting for the children to play and run around in a very private villa as there is a gate to enter the property which you can lock if you like.
There is a fireplace in the lounge for the beginning and late-season bookings.
Please note there is a refundable security deposit of £300, subject to no damages.
